Remember :

When writing your “visions” ask yourself “What will this feel like when it comes in?” go back to that “thermometer” or “gauge” inside your body and choose your photos and images for your board with emotion.

• If you have trouble remember “what it feels like” - close your eyes and feel into previous things you have accomplished, replay moments of previous “wins” in your life and feel into how those moments feel in your body.

Set your intentions for the items on your board: Visualize it in your mind, See It on Your Board, Feel the emotions of it being achieved, and Say it Out Loud

Before you declare what you do want, know what you dont want..it makes it easier.

Whenever you set your intention for something you want - be open to THIS, or something greater.
